As the Owner/Designer I am personally involved from the first contact until the project is completed. I work closely with each client to develop plans that reflect their lifestyle and needs while taking into consideration building style, local requirements and budget.
Construction documents are developed to be builder friendly and contractors are encouraged to be part of the design process.
